Jamsion Brass

Post by Don McDowell »

Confirmed today that in about 2 months the availability of Jamison brass will be back. All the former Jamison employees have signed on with the new company that is operating out of Rapid City SD called Cap Tech.
They are setting up the equipment now, and working on a new website . So standby oh yee shooters of obscolete stuff, new brass is once again coming available.
Thanks Blackhills for the tip in the 44-77 brass thread. :)

Yessur it is. Now there's no reason for a couple of fellers I know that have been straddling the fence on getting 44-77's to stay on that fence anymore.

You might call captech and ask if they have any of that 45-75 brass on hand. Cathy indicated that this morning that there is some brass on hand, not alot but some, and she's got a list of what there is....

Thanks Don!!!

That's a relief. I only have 50 baco brass right now. Business rifle comes in a couple months. Lucked out with the timing it sounds like. I'll hold off buying more brass for now and just figure on ordering some Jamison when it becomes available.

Bob I'm confident it's going deal. Cathy told me to spread the word far and wide. I know at least one person has called to see it they had some oddball stuff on hand, and he was told the same thing... It's coming.

Do you have all the details of that new rifle worked up?

Dean makes shooting in general look easy! :D

I'm definitely going to buy a few 100 more rounds when they get up and running of the 44/77 brass! Thanks Don for the heads up!

..Yes I think at least 100 will be on my list as soon as they are available. I'm interested in the RMC brass also but will probably 'hedge my bets' . I know BACO ..have the .348 based cases...but the purest in me would like the real deal if it's available. I'll be keeping tuned to this thread Don. ..Thanks for the heads up.
