In The Wake Of The Reported Uvalde, Texas, shooting.

Today as so many are playing off of this reported event for obvious personal gain and are avoiding a workable solution here is one shining example of an exception. Polk County, Florida Sheriff, Grady Judd

Grady is not one to mince words. Once a reporter asked why his deputies fired 30 something rounds or whatever number of times and he answered “because we ran out of bullets”. He has stated many times for people to own guns and if someone breaks in to blow them back out of the house or my favorite “buy a gun, get a concealed permit, carry the gun and if you have to pull the gun, shoot them and shoot them a lot”.
Real gun powder is black.

First, rest in peace to the deceased children and God bless the families. Now, ask yourself why in the hell there are no girls shooting girls and the cure to this dilemma of mass shooting is obvious. We have let the women in this country have an unwarranted power over our male children that they can not handle nor were ever meant to be charged with that duty. Men in this country have become some of the biggest pussies this world could ever imagine. Shame on those that let their child be formed into a cold blooded killer by their lack of moral responsibility toward their offspring. Yes, we can do better or better yet we should hold the parents of these killers up in full view and show the world what a bunch of sorry ass individuals look like. Shame on them all.

We could also address putting locks on school exterior doors and ensuring they are used. This guy got in by an open school door. Until schools become hard targets this won't stop.

could the door have been left open so smokers could go out and be able to return inside? most tragedies can be stoped by just using the controls we have that are not implemented. people should be prosecuted who fail to perform there jobs when deaths ocure. art ruggiero

After the Columbine, Co. school shootings, our Sheriff proposed and successfully passed a 1 cent sales tax for School Resource Officers (POST Certified Deputies) in every school grades 1 thru 12. So far, we have not had any shootings. Thank Goodness! In addition, most all schools have a Social Worker and Licensed Nurse on staff. Students are given consul for those with behavioral issues and families with abusive and/or mental health in the home. Schools are routinely locked down when threats are made. All campuses are closed with single entrances. So far, this seems to have worked well, and leaves me wondering why every school in America has not instituted this level of security. We can send Military Aid to foreign countries, but we ignore our children at home.

The answer to why hasn't every school been secured is , that doesn't further the socialist addenda. Bill Clinton said after the Columbine shooting ( we can accept a certain amount of this to further our cause ) . That is a direct quote .

Some schools have a vestibule entry system where one door opens but the other door remains closed until the person in the vestibule is ID'd, their business there confirmed, and it is determined they do not have a weapon. The administrator operating the doors is on the inside behind heavy glass - my daughter tried for bullet proof glass in her school but her board turned it down. (!!!) She had a fire door built in the hallways prior to the class room wings so that if the vestibule was breached, the fire doors could be shut remotely and protect the classrooms. Alarms in the admin section should sound if a "smoker" opens a door elsewhere in the school. Yes it would take money to retrofit every school with a vestibule entry system. Plenty of money here in the marijuana tax fund that could be used. Even cheap apartment buildings have a vestibule entry system. Evidently the gun control issue is more important than our children's safety.

"Those who would give up freedom for security are destined to have NEITHER". Until they quit bldg schools with classrooms that have windows, it doesn't make a difference what kind of wonder doors you put in it. The LEO establishment knew that the Uvalde shooter was unstable and did nothing and when they did have a shot at him they did nothing.why? because they were afraid of being railroaded by left leaning liberal courts for taking action to protect kids from criminals. No you don't take my freedom or security for your piss poor rationalizing. Bobw

She was waiting on food, for whatever reason, she should be charged with 21 counts of Manslaughter.
