I think shooting appliances in a landfill is the best kind of load development.

I look at it like this.

The ODG's forsake PP in favor of GG, long ago.

There was a reason for that.

It is just that some folks have not discovered their reasoning yet. :?

With that thought in mind, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is a symptom of WHAT?

But then they didn't have derelict appliances for targets either.

Well let's see, rumor has it the old dead guys also forsook black powder for something called smokeless. So I've been doing some deep thinking on why that would be.. I think after all this time, I finally came up with the answer.
They didn't have appliances to practice shooting and never knew how accurate those paperpatched black powder loads could be.
Aren't modern marvels like refrigerators that only last 5-10 years wonderful ???

I fail to see the disagreement!

We all know that there are some who shoot paper patch bullet very, very well and that there are others who can not seem to make them work. Those poor buggers must stick with grease groove to have any hope at all. :?

No disagreement there! :D

Let's blame some of this on Harry Pope. When he said that he expected to get 50,000 accurate rounds with greased bullets his word carried a lot of weight.
