Are different 74 stock profiles better for certain calibers?

Hi Kirk and everyone,
Does the stock shape help with recoil of the more powerful cartridges like 45/110 or 50/90?
By this I mean would there be a difference in the ergonomics and shooting performance (and recoil) between the Sporter series #1, #3, and Long range express, and roughrider, etc. all would have the 14lb bull barrel. Gun would be used for fun shooting and long range competition.

Good morning sir, for this type of rifle go with the pistol grip and have the butt kicked up in the rear. This is a good target set up. Thanks Kirk
