Just traded for 30inch barrel 45/70 for 2-500meter shooting.I think it has 1 in 22 twist rate.Will this gun stablize a saeco 525 gr.bullet?

I don't know about the barrel you just got but I do know that Shiloh's .45 calibre barrels are 1 - 18 and their .50 calibre barrels are 1 - 22.

The Shiloh .45 calibre barrels will stabilze bullets in that range quite well.
