The "Gun Control' crowd tells us that like spontaneous generation, things cause things. Following that line of thought

On the other hand being a member of congress seems to cause selective memory, loss of core values and rampant desire to control others...not to mention idiotic behavior...hmmm maybe things to cause things...so we should have "Congress Control yeah I forgot, it's called 'THE SECOND AMENDMENT
