Squire Pickett, think i have a good idea now about this thing. Thanks for your detailed description and the fact that the bullets can be loaded one at a time. Looks like i just might help the economy a little and get the Star lubrisizer and a Waage melting pot this spring.
Appreciate the help from all you guys.
IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT WORK..AT LEAST MAKE IT LOOK GOOD!!

Well Squire I been trying to wear mine out 40+years.Last year I burned just short of 5000 primers. So I'm working on it.

Squire I push the rifle bullets like the postell and the spitzers, and creedmoors through nose first one pushing the next out with out a problem.

Short pistol bullets go through base first.

Morning Lead Pot,

Kurt thanks for your imput. The subject of the Star comes up now and again and an unfair criticism is often made saying the Star will not work for long rifle bullets. The guys who say that don't have one but anything that is repeated often enough tends to be believed.

First hand experience like yours is valuable for those who are trying to make a purchase decision and I hope that Star lasts you for another 40 years.

Regards,
Squire
