abenson. Really doesn't take up that much space. A Waage 25 Lb. electric pot can be stored in any cabinet when not in use. Take it out to cast .. ideally in a well ventilated area. I put mine on a work bench in the garage with the door open and a fan blowing. There is really no odor, smoke (except when fluxing). If you reload smokeless powder you can cast and reload black. Good shootin.

abenson, I ordered my Quigley in feb,03 and received it this year in Jan.04 I posted my reflections on the rifle and staff on an earlier post. I can not speak for others , but I own a veritible potpourri of fine firearms, and the crowning possesion is the Quigley, the wait was more than worth it , Adendum, I purchased all the necessary equip. to reload , but fortunately waited to do so until I received my rifle as overall length must be exact or the cartridge won't chamber, final word, a sharps is the ultimate in fine firearms
