Hello, Just bought a wonderful 28" octagonal barrel from a buddy who had never fired it (sissy) in the 5 years he owned it.
He admitted to never having figured out the set trigger adjustment screw. I have played with it a little and can't figure it out either.
There is a place in the adjustment screw travel where it feels like it "wants" to pull the front trigger back and have it catch on something, but it never does catch--everything goes back the way it was when the rear trigger is released.
I have tried this a few times both with the hammer cocked and uncocked but didn't want to push my luck. I don't dry-fire it and he claims he hasn't either.
Could someone clear up how to adjust this?
Thanks,
JimBob
