Any new insights into 1863 bullet designs?

I am getting my new 1863 this week and am looking to see if there are any modern bullet designs to make nice paper cartridges with good accuracy. The Richmond style seams fine but am wondering if there are better. I think of the possibilities of a paper patched version rather than a GG style.
